Pros

There are absolutely no pros about this place.

Cons

Politics and BS - RUN! Management will lie on you or set you up for failure faster than you can blink if they want to get rid of you. Be careful when they tell you you're doing a good job. Extremely un organized. Will ask you to falsify documents at times during audits with the state and if you don't? Be prepared for their wrath. Will demote you from your position no matter what it is if they feel like it for whatever reason.

The clients and working with the population I do!

Req 35 on schedule to be considered "fully scheduled" which can suck if they ALL show up.

Pros

Affordable Insurance, generous PTO, opportunity to move around in the company after a period of time

Cons

Horrible workplace culture where good employees are run out and toxic employees thrive. Workplace does not seem to value or reward high-performers. No senior-level support. Very punative and micromanaging. No clarity of vision, or goals but "punishment" if not what they think it should be.
