The company is full of well intentioned people who really want to make a difference.

Cons

Leadership priorities seem to be off from the people doing the work leaving people feeling unappreciated. Also some people stuck in their ways.

Req 35 on schedule to be considered "fully scheduled" which can suck if they ALL show up.

Pros

Affordable Insurance, generous PTO, opportunity to move around in the company after a period of time

Cons

Horrible workplace culture where good employees are run out and toxic employees thrive. Workplace does not seem to value or reward high-performers. No senior-level support. Very punative and micromanaging. No clarity of vision, or goals but "punishment" if not what they think it should be.
