Serves community, located conveniently on bus lines, the people that have dedicated their lives to Swope are staying because they love the people that they serve.

Cons

The Swope of days gone by are over, they don’t care if people stay anymore, pretty much they have the employees are irreplaceable mentality.

Req 35 on schedule to be considered "fully scheduled" which can suck if they ALL show up.

Pros

Affordable Insurance, generous PTO, opportunity to move around in the company after a period of time

Cons

Horrible workplace culture where good employees are run out and toxic employees thrive. Workplace does not seem to value or reward high-performers. No senior-level support. Very punative and micromanaging. No clarity of vision, or goals but "punishment" if not what they think it should be.
