There are safety problems in the city. Multiple car break ins in their parking lots, despite security and cameras. Police response is poor.

Pros

Affordable Insurance, generous PTO, opportunity to move around in the company after a period of time

Cons

Horrible workplace culture where good employees are run out and toxic employees thrive. Workplace does not seem to value or reward high-performers. No senior-level support. Very punative and micromanaging. No clarity of vision, or goals but "punishment" if not what they think it should be.
