Working at Swope I help so many people in my community. Swope truly has a mission to help those in need and provide excellent health care.

There is no downside for me, working at Swope has been a privilege.

Req 35 on schedule to be considered "fully scheduled" which can suck if they ALL show up.

Pros

Affordable Insurance, generous PTO, opportunity to move around in the company after a period of time

Cons

Horrible workplace culture where good employees are run out and toxic employees thrive. Workplace does not seem to value or reward high-performers. No senior-level support. Very punative and micromanaging. No clarity of vision, or goals but "punishment" if not what they think it should be.
