Pros
The people are great; they have a great training program and offer all CE classes at no cost to you. The health benefits are really good. I had several doc offices comment that I had really good insurance. Being able to work from home is really great if you have children or someone at home you need to care for.
Cons
This is no fault to Swyfft - it gets insanely busy during the winter or hurricane season. You have to be able to keep up with claims coming in every day to manage. It can be difficult to speak to a customer only to tell them their policy doesn't cover whatever their issue is or the deductible is high. It can either be super rewarding to tell someone they're covered or really crappy to tell them they're not. You have to have thick skin to deal with some of the insureds and contractors!
