Fully paid heath and dental benefits.

Cons

This company is lacking true leadership. 2023 - 20+ people laid off. 2024 - 10+ people laid off. After round 1 layoffs, they told employees this wouldn’t happen again… then it did. They are quick to let people go and begin hiring shortly after. Truly thought this was a good company to work for.. man was I wrong.

They provide you with all the tools you need to learn all the platforms. The team is always willing to help Working hours are flexible The company culture is amazing

If you’re not related with legal staff, it could be overwhelming to understand the services at the beginning of, but you’ll receive training to learn all you need to know

Free health care. Literally the only pro.

Cons

Swyft Filings will hire you on and layoff multiple people within one year due to "financial decline" in the organization. Continuous layoffs are ridiculous with what they would consider a "generous" severance package. Or what I would call a slap in the face. I thought this was a good company to work for until I saw how they truly care about their employees.
