      Work-Life Balance Flexibility Hybrid work (once per week at the office) Superb office

      Cons

      Difficult to being noticed - it really depends on the team of your team leader and how much he/she push's for the team. Salary increase can be low if you have a 3 in your performance review, (0 to 5).

      There were little to no pros. This place is a nightmare. The management is the lowest you can find.

      Everything. This place is completely upside down.
