Overall Disappointment - Anonymous employee Sylvamo Employee Review

Leadership is not receptive to employee feedback if the employee was not previously from International Paper. The pay and benefits are “meh” at best, especially with inflation. Documentation is very outdated or not-existent in many areas so learning as a new employee is extremely difficult. I never got a sense of being part of a team while working here. Overall, it was a huge waste of my time and I wish I had stayed at my previous company instead.
