Open Door Policy which reflect the managements understanding of employees ideas and opinions. Employee training on new technologies. Growth opportunity.
Cons
Not much of benefits apart from partial health insurance benefits. Does not have a solid 401 K plan. Shuold start reimbursing school / certification fees for employees.
