A great place for entry level aerospace experience! A small company that COULD be a really good place to work......
Cons
Management uses threats, intimidation, and insults to motivate their employees. This company DOES NOT promote from within, and pays new hires higher wages Than current employees doing the same job. A mom and pop shop trying to play with the big boys in the aerospace industry.
