Pros

-Innovative company with the potential to transform the automation industry -An intelligent and talented team of managers and employees -Very competitive compensation and benefits package -Good work/life balance The company is focused on aggressive growth which brings major career upside potential to employees that perform. Some people may view the growing pains associated with a fast growing company a bad thing, but I do not. I will take the growing pains with the associated rewards at a fast paced growing company over wallowing away in the mud of a stagnant one any day. Hard work is expected but I wouldn't want to work at a place where it wasn't.

Cons

They need to look into changing up the Friday pizza company

Pros

Interesting technology and exposure to advanced automation systems. Opportunity to work on complex engineering projects.

Cons

Poor work-life balance with high expectations and little flexibility. Communication from leadership and the general manager was very limited, making it difficult to stay aligned. There was also a lack of transparency around performance expectations and job security. Even when performing well and fully understanding the environment and workflows, employees could be let go without warning or a second chance. This creates unnecessary turnover and results in lost knowledge, requiring time and resources to retrain new engineers who are unfamiliar with the systems.
