Pros
The tech is super cool and a lot of fun to work on. You can get promoted fast if you perform well. A lot of the managers are promoted engineers, so they know the work and generally trust their reports. The warehousing industry is hungry for the product, so no worries about downsizing, etc. for a good amount of time.
Cons
Management communication from the top is not always effective - sometimes it's unclear why priorities are changing and managers seem like they're guessing at how to best direct their teams until the company's plans shake out more. Deadlines for software work are sometimes set seemingly without making sure they can feasibly be met. The customer support structure is not robust, so engineers are often on call in case customers hit issues the support staff cannot solve.
