Pros
Symmetry is full of friendly people. Relaxed culture, and there is a lot of communication between departments. The company has grown quite rapidly since inception and appears to be in a place to continue to do so. One can really learn a lot about the passive investment strategies
Cons
The internship program was in a transition period during my time there, and there was not a specific person that could facilitate the interns.
