Pros

There are many people in the company that are talented and work well together. The ability to work remote when needed is amazing and unlimited PTO is a nice perk.

Cons

Those same amazing people will leave because this company IS a sinking ship. CEO and upper management make last minute decisions and set unrealistic goals. Add on our non-existent tech products that were rushed to market and are riddled with issues, the very high churn rate and you can understand why this company will probably be gone by the end of 2019 - if it makes it that long. CEO has a clear grasp on the media (a dying business) side of business, but his understanding of the tech side is very lacking. First company that I have worked that offers NO employee matching on 401(k). HR says they are looking into that, but that line has been given for the last several years. Compensation is way below market and the people who are well comped do very little to contribute. There is very little opportunity to advance and grow in this company. The CS team manage very few clients and it is very well known that they really only work 20-30 hours per week while other departments are being cut on a regular basis and have unreasonable workloads.
