Pros
Work from home whenever you want. Decent location.
Cons
Politics run rampant at the organization - you spend less time actually working than arguing with your managers about who's doing the actual work. Management is rarely involved with you when work calls for it, but will try to micromanage you at the same time. Too many remote workers who don't pull their weight. Poor management - people who shouldn't be leaders are put in those positions, and their egos are inflated because of it. Clients treat Symphony Talent employees terribly, and get away with it thanks to support from management. You will be left to sink or swim on your own, do not expect any proper training, onboarding, or professional development. You will not find any mentors here. Pay is bottom of the market, and you will be met with a lot of resistance whenever you try to ask for higher pay or payout on promised bonuses.
