Pros
There are more friendly co workers than not. It's a work from home environment which is nice.
Cons
They scream diversity but you really don't see it unless you are talking about the team in India. There is NO diversity in management or upper management. If you are new to the industry there is NO training. More of a "figure it out" situation and this causes new employees to have unhealthy amounts of stress and anxiety about working here because upper management will expect you to know everything within 2-5 months of working here. You will rely more on coworkers to help you vs your direct management because they are majority time too busy to assist. There are some very knowledgeable direct managers and then there are some you wonder how in the hell they got in that position because they know very little about certain accounts. Even though its a work from home position there is no work life balance and people work way more than 40 hours a week.
