Pros
I honestly cannot find a pro for working there
Cons
Their hearts are in the right place when it comes to business. Provide a product competitive and bring revenue in for future growth and success. Problem comes in given the lack of technology leadership in this technology-based company. There is a constant shuffling of the same leadership team into different positions but if you notice the company’s site, it is without a CTO. This is due to a disastrous disconnect between product engineering teams and specific teams ignoring the late CTO’s (several) direction to ensure product stability and the right technology base architecture decisions that will be cost effective, stable, and scalable. Given that, the products and company’s stability is in ruins and chaotic at best. Couple that with a horrible foundation of employee retention due to the lack of direction and extremely poor business decisions, it’s a spiraling mess and will consume any solid and ambition driven employee forcing them to leave for better positions and even other struggling businesses. Yes, many have left for pay cuts, other poor businesses in trouble and even just, left, without a job lined up. The company needs to bring its product line together for focus on the technology and culture and you cannot do that without a technology leader with management listening to that leadership’s direction. It's ok to fail but not ok to fail and continue leading everyone downhill, along with the entire business.
