Pros

The people on my immediate team, as well as other departments, built long lasting friendships and I will truly miss working with those individuals

Cons

*deep inhale* When I started at this company everything seemed good, great coworkers, great work life balance, etc. As the weeks went on, cracks started to appear everywhere in the facade. The original company, SmashFly, was bought out by SymphonyTalent. Smashfly had a great work environment but Symphony Talent forced most everyone out and eventually the rest left to other jobs. Long story short, ST has had two major layoffs since Ive been there in a year, they have fired or lost integral people at every level and every department because they are so lost in trying to figure out how to stay afloat. They took a great product and let it slowly burn out, then created their own product that never works and now try to force feed to their remaining clients. Thats just the tip of the ice berg. There was no concern for the client other than the few of us on our team that were client facing and had to try and explain why ST refused to fix their issues or work on their product all while they needed to renew with us on the new and improved platform. Not only that, but they told my team, who were all originally TAMs to begin with, that they were going to dissolve our role and that we now needed to be sales reps for their terrible product or hit the road. I wish I had jobs coming out the wazoo but I dont. Unfortunately for me, I wouldnt sell their crappy product to the customers I had spent a year building a relationship with. In summary, terrible company to work for
