Pros
Need to think about this as I don't have many pros.
Cons
1. Lack of leadership 2. You don't get set up for success i.e: Didn't receive proper training and or clear directions on day to day expectations... just go with the flow and figure things out kind of attitude. 3. No structure or team goals to help 4. No onboarding process i.e: Thrown into a lot of things where you either sink or swim 5. Over worked without the proper tools 6. Under paid in comparison to average salary for this role 7. Not a true CSM role/structure 8. All new leadership 9. New branding 10. Overall since all of the changes the company has been going downhill and not keeping employees in mind or happy. We were given new titles without a heads up or instructions on updating our signature to reflect that. Not to mention, our titles came months before receiving a pay increase and no offer letter was ever sent out. The list goes on with all the wrong doings and lack of organization structure.
