I still have a job unlike many others here. Remote work is the only way to get me through some of the stresses here.

Cons

Leadership and the board do not take any accountability for the downfall of the company. After those most recent rounds of layoffs no one seems to know what the plan is. The endless employee surveys have resulted in very little change. I have never seen a company so disconnected from their employees and their self created problems. The current atmosphere here is who will be next to be laid off and when. Many here also feel our products still need a lot of attention and we have been slow to innovate our offerings.
