Product team is good and supportive.

Cons

There’s no clear strategy in place, and the investment needed to back one is missing. Most of the Sales and Marketing team was let go after being given unrealistic targets. The product still needs a lot of development with no investment being made. The corporate and vertical teams only hiring Indians. CEO is solely focused on why sales are not hitting unrealistic targets provided to them without offering any real support, essentially setting us up for failure.

Great collaboration among colleagues below the leadership levels (includes both executives and vertical leadership). Products are decent

Cons

- Verbally abusive leadership -Leaders actively retaliating against those who speak out -Threaten those who speak up and/or question their decisions -No career path -Sales team has to fight for (beg) commission payouts, regardless of what is agreed to in contracts -Absolutely no strategic vision or plan for the company, just grow sales -Associates are not given the resources needed to complete the expectations set on them
