Everyday people has to work more than 12 hours, often threatening employees to work over weekends else firing There is no sprint planning or Agile procedure. Managers quarrel over the call. They do teams call directly irrespective of the time. No work ethics and toxic env. Micro management to the core and they except employees to send hourly update. Even during public holidays you need work as they will ping previous day night that you need to be available. This is worst company ever to exist. Worst lady managers - who are good at nothing. All good people already left the organization including my colleagues and other Managers. HR will answer CEO expects everyone to work for extended hours and that's how the entire company should work.
