Pros

The health care is top notch and provides both dental and vision options. I take advantage of both. The coworkers are very kind and willing to aid a hand when needed. Diversity and inclusion are very good.

Cons

There is an unclear direction of where the company is heading at the cost of employees being replaced or let go. There has been a handful of people laid off during a pandemic with no real reason other than to save money. The CEO is out-of-touch with his blue collar workers and morale is at an all time low.

Great collaboration among colleagues below the leadership levels (includes both executives and vertical leadership). Products are decent

Cons

- Verbally abusive leadership -Leaders actively retaliating against those who speak out -Threaten those who speak up and/or question their decisions -No career path -Sales team has to fight for (beg) commission payouts, regardless of what is agreed to in contracts -Absolutely no strategic vision or plan for the company, just grow sales -Associates are not given the resources needed to complete the expectations set on them
