Overhauls needed - Anonymous employee Symrise Employee Review

Poor management, favoritism, mistreatment of employees, and no compensation for overtime weekend work. No ventilation/proper heat and air conditioning. The building is outdated and constantly infested with bugs. It’s unsanitary.
