Pros
- It's a very stable, big company - I loved my job and every single task I did there - Young colleagues were really fun to work with - Great compensation and benefits package!
Cons
- A LOT of bureaucracy - Local senior team wasn't very professional - There was a lot of politics involved in career decisions, which to me, was the worse of all - Not many opportunities for growth, which unfortunately happens a lot for Market Researchers when you're on the client side
