Pros

This company has good developers, designers to work with. They mostly like government projects. They seem to get new contracts every year thereby being competitive in the market.

Cons

I have been very late in posting this review but after hearing from my friends of their similar experiences, I am posting this review. I worked for a very less tenure in this company. Its difficult to deal with the company owners. They seem to take things personally if something they don't like in their employees.

Pros

The management team genuinely cares about their employees and tries their best to deal with any issues employees encounter, whether work-related or life-related. Everyone in the office is respectful to each other and dedicated to the projects. I've had a great mentor/supervisor here who genuinely listens, cares about your own growth and gives you great advice on work/life.

Cons

Meetings with clients could be a con to some people. But clients I had are usually easy to work with.

small office with open layout. cool coworkers. Definitely get a lot of experience here great place to start your career.

Cons

often working on 2-3 projects at a time all of which are rushed
