Location, coworkers, paid time off, health insurance, company events, internal promotions, tuition reimbursement, friendly reception, newer building, easy commute, first year dedication.
Cons
Glass ceiling unless you are part of the family, hypercritical management, hostile work environment, promotions of unqualified "process owners", lack of support for engineering staff. Worked here for 6 years. Started out as an entry-level employee, was promoted within the first year. Unfortunately this promotion was the farthest I'd go in my department. There is little room for growth unless you are in good with the family. Many changes in process owners, some unqualified people put in positions of power due to no one wanting to take on that particular department.
