      Great pay, Amazing bonus, Benefits, Cool Committees, Lots of great people to work with on a daily basis.

      Cons

      Desk job, Structured Breaks, Hard to move up, It is hard to move up because you have to have been there 6 months but most jobs require 1 year to apply internally

      Great company to work for , 4 days week and no meeting on friday were great perks to have when it comes to work / life balance
