      Since splitting off from GE, they are interested in employees gaining experience & not pushing so much as moving up the ladder. They want their employees to be well rounded.

      Still catching up with technology & systems, but will get there

      Great company to work for , 4 days week and no meeting on friday were great perks to have when it comes to work / life balance

      Senior leadership feels distant and uninvolved with the day-to-day realities of the engineering teams.
