      Pros

      From the hire ups down, they look after their people in such a way to create the loyalty not seen since our grandparents went to work. This insures the customer is in the best hands possible,as I have yet to see an unhappy employee there..

      Great company to work for , 4 days week and no meeting on friday were great perks to have when it comes to work / life balance

      Senior leadership feels distant and uninvolved with the day-to-day realities of the engineering teams.
