      Pros

      Inclusive, transparent, diverse, pay is fair, benefits are amazing, training is unlimited, growth is fast, management is approachable, this is the best place I've worked for.

      Cons

      I do not find that this company has any cons. Maybe there is, but employees are not as affected and stressed out about whatever these cons are.

      Great company to work for , 4 days week and no meeting on friday were great perks to have when it comes to work / life balance

      Cons

      Senior leadership feels distant and uninvolved with the day-to-day realities of the engineering teams.
