Cons
They talk and do lot of programs for Diversity and Inclusion, but you can get mocked for accent/looks on internal sites but nobody raises issue. And also during team meetings/events, they do not consider vegetarians. Multiple times they did not have vegetarian options, i have seen people continuing in meetings without proper lunch. You should not complain if you do not have enough work. Manager would threaten to put you in performance improvement program. Out of 2 years, i would have had 40hrs/week work maybe for 6-8 months. Top management seems to try something new, but middle level they still have old GE mentality and they do not foster good culture. Everyone afraid of failure, how does innovation comes from that? Every one is ready to point at if something goes wrong even before fixing it. People suggests to create dependency on you, and they are the ones who get appreciated and promoted. You can see politics in this company at every level, are equal or more but not less than DC Politics.
