Pros
I'm a full time employee with Synchrony. It is indeed a great place to work. Employee centric, lots of benefits,promotes internal talent & work life balance.Synchrony leaves no stone unturned to take care of the well being of its people. I believe most employees will agree that is a second home / family for us.
Cons
Well every company has something they need to work on but Synchrony is one organization which takes feedback from its employees very seriously .They are always evolving.
