Leave policies Work pressure Bad for mental health because of the customers and the strict rules that you have to follow Upskill programs more than two times a year Floor support during calls isn't good Leaves hardly get approved and the vacation calander opens every three months due to which unscheds happen which is again a bad remark and qualified for a corrective.. you only get one sick leave that you do not have to apply for per month

Great benefits, fully remote, my fellow employees are great to work with.

Cons

The systems constantly lag and freeze, making an already stressful job even harder. You’re expected to handle the work of multiple roles while meeting unrealistic metrics and learning countless procedures. Calls are often back-to-back, and the two-minute breaks during busy times aren’t enough to recharge. Dealing with verbally abusive customers is common, and you’re required to give multiple warnings before ending a call. While there are opportunities to move into other roles, promotions often feel more dependent on who you know than your actual skills or performance. Overall, it’s a mentally exhausting, high-stress environment.
