Pros

Good Package , employee friendly , Best for non performers as they are so employee friendly that they will not remove you nor reduce your rating. Non performers and performers are scaled at the same level.

Cons

No recognition for good work. Hike is same for all the employees and ratings are same. Skill based promotion or performance review is not encouraged so its bad for hardworking or talented people. They do not expect anything from you and vice versa. Managers are least empowered and HR decides the performance and salary.

Pros

Great benefits, fully remote, my fellow employees are great to work with.

Cons

The systems constantly lag and freeze, making an already stressful job even harder. You’re expected to handle the work of multiple roles while meeting unrealistic metrics and learning countless procedures. Calls are often back-to-back, and the two-minute breaks during busy times aren’t enough to recharge. Dealing with verbally abusive customers is common, and you’re required to give multiple warnings before ending a call. While there are opportunities to move into other roles, promotions often feel more dependent on who you know than your actual skills or performance. Overall, it’s a mentally exhausting, high-stress environment.
