Be ready to Slave for little pay! - Customer Service Representative Synchrony Employee Review

This company is very strict on quality, literally you can't do anything for the customers can't help them get access to there online account, can't help with online username or account number. Very limited on what you can or can't say to the customer be ready to read word for word from a script. Also a lot of favoritism. 1 person out of the whole company gets to give updates to the whole site while the others slave on the phone and only get awarded $100 more a month. This site is located at 3150 S 48th st phx. I would never recommend a friend/relative to work or apply here! It is horrible!
