      I had a great team and supportive manager. Good benefits and easy to get time off.

      Cons

      Customers calling and screaming at you. Business decisions were made from the very top and didn't actually take into account how they would actually function or affect customer interactions.

      Great company to work for , 4 days week and no meeting on friday were great perks to have when it comes to work / life balance

      Senior leadership feels distant and uninvolved with the day-to-day realities of the engineering teams.
