      Remote, it’s a bank, optional working at office, it’s a bank, it’s a bank

      Cons

      Unprofessional staff (trainers and managers) most have not been there very long. The tenure of even the trainers was about 3 years, short training, not enough proper information for training. No work life balance all they talk about is firing or writing g people up. Worst schedules I’ve ever seen for any CSR position

      Great company to work for , 4 days week and no meeting on friday were great perks to have when it comes to work / life balance

      Senior leadership feels distant and uninvolved with the day-to-day realities of the engineering teams.
