      Great company to work for, good salary, benefits and work/life balance. Co-workers and staff are friendly and very helpful. CEO and Senior Executives are building a great foundation and vision to make this one of the best financial companies to work for.

      Cons

      Some senior managers are young and inexperienced to hold the positions they were hired for.
