      Synchrony is a fantastic company, known as a Best Place to Work for a reason, good benefits and team environment.

      Cons

      Responses to recent events, such as the election. Choosing not to give us hurricane pay because the office was open even though some people had to evacuate their zone and we live near evacuation zones.

      Great company to work for , 4 days week and no meeting on friday were great perks to have when it comes to work / life balance

      Senior leadership feels distant and uninvolved with the day-to-day realities of the engineering teams.
