I have grown with PCA Pharmacy and have been fortunate enough to work in different departments within the company. PCA does a very good job of listening to employees and giving them opportunities to grow. If you speak to the Employee Services team they can help provide guidance and make sure that you are on the right track. Some other benefits of working for PCA include a FREE healthcare option, yearly pay increases, recognition programs, great people, and an awesome culture. The leaders are very down to earth and have an open door policy, so if you ever have an issue or just want to say hi they are available. PCA is a company that cares and if you are reading this I would strongly suggest applying!
