7yThank you for your review and positive rating of PCA. Customer service is very important at PCA and we value our team that focuses on it everyday. Although Customer service is for everyone not just a department, thank you for your service to our customers. I agree with you our leaders need to be proactive with team members that lack the desire to serve our customers and with performance measures. We are working on that and also working equally hard at recognizing our super stars which we have many! Recognition and Accountability will be a big focus for PCA in 2019!
