5yThank you for taking time to review PCA, we are sorry that you are disgruntled with our leadership and Company! We strive to communicate effectively everyday to our employees and have seen much success through our many channels of communicating. We only ask that our team members take advantage of those channels. We, like many companies, have gone through a very challenging time with the COVID 19 outbreak and due to loss of business we made adjustments to staffing which impacted individuals, something as a leader we do not enjoy! We value our team members and do everything we can to support them but as a business difficult decisions are required at times, and our goal is the overall health of the company. WE HAVE NOT ELIMINATED BENEFITS but we did put our 401K Match on hold until January which at that time it will resume. WE appreciate your more than 5 years of service at PCA, I have been the CEO for that entire time and we have been very successful at growing and developing individuals who have grown with our company. I wish you the best in your career and hope that you find a company that meets all of your expectations.
