Pros
I kept my job through Covid when other employers were downsizing. I kept getting my regular raises through the pandemic as well. Overall, Synchrony is a steady, dependable employer that treats their employees fairly when it comes to benefits.
Cons
The therapist assistants are held to a 92% productivity level. I know everyone is doing it now, but that doesn't mean it is right. Caseload is high, making productivity very difficult to achieve.
