      Great program directors and regional directors. Flexible schedule due to SNF. Great team atmosphere and support from all co workers.

      Cons

      No holiday pay. Must use PTO for holidays off. Occasionally need to travel to other buildings to supplement hours or assist fill gaps when people are off.
