Pros

Reading the other legitimate Glassdoor reviews brought me joy. The days I saw "Precarious House of Cards" (one week before we were sold) and "Horrible Humans" were great. If you're in Chicago aged 20-40, maybe 50, and were in a frat, you might like working here, especially in sales.

Cons

The company is growing at an uncontrollable rate. They do not have an integration plan, much less know how the companies can work together in the future. Company health looks great, if you don't understand how acquisitions work. Sales is out of touch with reality, yet is the only team the C-level cares about, well, besides trying to sweet talk their next potential acquisition. My favorite townhall announcement was when "a majority stake" in the company was acquired by TJC. We were bought, please stop treating your employees like idiots. The CEO actually said he had been working them over! He was quick to say he meant working with them.

Pros

This has been one of the better company cultures I’ve experienced. People care about doing good work and helping each other succeed, with competition focused externally rather than within teams. There’s a lot of opportunity to take ownership and grow if you’re proactive. Leadership is transparent about where things are headed and why, and there are a number of professional development opportunities. There’s also a clear commitment to work-life balance, with things like weekly quiet hours and Flex Fridays during the summer.

Cons

During periods of change, priorities can shift quickly. That said, I've seen those create new opportunities for growth and advancement.

Pros

I've really enjoyed my time at Syndigo. The people are one of the company's biggest strengths. Everyone I've worked with has been friendly, supportive, and genuinely willing to help each other succeed. There is a collaborative culture where employees care about their work and enjoy being part of the team. I especially love working on my team. We collaborate well, support one another, and genuinely enjoy working together. It's rare to find a group that works so effectively while maintaining such a positive atmosphere. I also appreciate the strong work-life balance. There is flexibility and trust, which allows me to do my best work while still maintaining time for my family and personal life. Overall, it's been a positive place to grow professionally while working alongside talented colleagues who are invested in helping each other and our customers succeed.

Cons

I don't have any significant cons to note based on my experience. Like any growing company, there are always opportunities to refine processes, but overall my experience has been very positive.
