Pros
-Company is fairly well-positioned in the market -many of the people that work there are great, hard-working individuals -great way to break into the industry if you don't have lots of SaaS experience
Cons
-sales leadership team really doesn't know what they are doing -micro managing is an issue, all they care about is dials and emails -you are expected to push clients to increase their investment when often their current product suite isn't working -the platform is cobbled together from a bunch of legacy solutions, so the platform rarely works as advertised -AEs are usually the customer service reps/BDRs/product experts also. This is something they are working on improving, but action speaks louder than words. -leadership does not listen. There are constantly people joining and leaving this company because it is a rudderless ship. But instead of taking accountability, they chalk it up to "great resignation".
