Pros

Decent pay for Pharma reps. Company car, and they mostly leave you alone.

Cons

Benefits could be better. Way too many systems in place. Millions of passwords to remember. All contracts are different. Feel like you have very few rights as an employee if contract ends.

Lots of remote roles, decent benefits, “unlimited” time off

Cons

Fired the best leader I’ve ever had, but didn’t provide much info about it. Hiring is extremely slow and my team is drowning. Sell, sell, sell even though we don’t have the team to do the work
