Cons
Since acquiring inventive Health in early 2017, Syneos has run everything into the ground making everyones job more difficult. The issues come not from my boss but the level above him. They (Syneos) consistently "move the goal posts" so that making goal is near impossible. They have twice in the past year found ways to not pay full commission when total sales and "kickers" are documented. Syneos has decided that Professional Educators are against government regulations which is interesting as all competitors seem to have them. Have completely destroyed morale and have absolutely no plan to market and get a message out to the targeted practices. In a nutshell, they are setting you up for failure. There are no career opportunities. Base pay is ok however with the consistent change in bonus plans, don't expect to make a decent commission. Work/ life balance is ok however the stress you will go through overrides anything else. There's Senior Management??? Any company that is willing to screw over their clients AND their employees has no Values.
